Mangalore : Rashmi H, Lecturer in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at St Joseph Engineering College, has bagged  first rank and gold medal for being the topper in M.Tech course at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore in “Digital Electronics and Communication.”

Hailing from Nagori in Mangalore, Rashmi is also a distinction holder in B.E course in Amrith School of Engineering, Bangalore.
