Mangalore : Eminent city based Businessman Ravi Jalan has been unanimously elected as the President of Rajasthan Samaj Mangalore Branch at a recently held Annual General Body Meeting of the Association at Mangalore. The Samaj consists of around 1200 members.  

The samaj is engaged in the promotion of the welfare of the Rajasthani people settled in D.K. Dist and organises the most popular annual colourful ‘Dandya Ras’, a Rajasthani folk dance event during the Dasara festival at Mangalore.
