Bangalore : Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has said that the State government is ready for talks with government doctors who are set to resign en masse in protest against lack of wage revision among other long-pending issues and a recent “misinformation campaign” against them.

He said that while Health Minister U.T. Khader has already had talks with the protesting doctors, if they wished to speak to him, he was ready.

Mr. Siddaramaiah said that the decision to resign from tehir work was not a solution to their problem.
