Udupi: Paryaya Pejavara Vishvesha Theertha Swamiji has invited Karnataka Chief Minister Siddarmaiah to discuss issues related to blind beliefs, superstition and others. The Pejawar seer’s statement came as the chief minister alleged on Wednesday that some interest groups have turned into hurdles to pass an act prohibiting superstition in the state.
Speaking to the reporters here at Sri Krishna Matha, Udupi, he urged the chief minister to prohibit the activities, blind beliefs those harm the life of the people directly or indirectly. Prohibiting the believes of the people is not an act of prohibition on superstition and blind believes.
Seer asked the chief minister to visit Udupi if he needs any suggestion with regard to prohibiting the superstition in karnataka. The mutt won’t support any blind believes instead it recognizes the believes of the people.
