Udupi: “Right wing activists who supported Praveen Poojary’s murder are Hindu Taliban’s. All the right organisations are like octopus and the centre of all of them is RSS,” said AICC General Secretary and Congress Rajhya Sabha member B K Hari Prasad.

He was speaking to the reports after visiting Praveen Poojary’s family at Udupi, who was murdered by cow vigilantes recently. He also gave Rs 1 lakh as personal help to the family.

“This type of incident is not a sign of good development. It is because some people are trying to spoil the minds of backward caste youth and provoke them to indulge themselves in anti-social activities. Praveen Poojary, Prashant Poojary and Harish’s murder are the living example for this,” he said.

He further said that he will urge the CM to provide compensation fund to Praveen Poojary’s family.

“RSS and BJP are so called fake patriots. Even Atal Bihari Vajapeyi had signed a affidavit saying that he hadn’t take part in any freedom fights. What Ramya said is perfect. All those who wear Khaki and hold stick in their hand will not called as patriots,” he said.
