Mangaluru: Vijayadashami was celebrated by Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) by organising a rally on Sunday.

The Path Sanchalan was started at Nehru Maidan and after proceeding further from Car Street, Sharavu Temple and Ganapathi High School it ended at Nehru Maidan.

After the uniform of RSS was changed, it is the first rally taken out in the city.

Nearly 1291 members of RSS were present in the rally and the rally was headed by Pranthya Sanchalak P Vaman Shenoy.

Dr Satish Rao, Mangaluru Mahanagara Sangha Sanchalak, Saha Sangha Sanchalak Sunil Acharya, Capt Ganesh Karnik and others were also present during the rally.
