CM was brimming with confidence over the success of the Citizens’ charter on Monday, after testing it in DK for a month, and bringing it into effect all over the state as the Karnataka Guarantee of (Government) services Act, ensuring 151 forms of services from 11 departments, fixing responsibility and penalty for non-performance among Government servants.
In the modified version of cattle, only cows and progeny will be referred to as ‘cattle’ in the definitions list.
