Mangalore : Renowned columnist and journalist Shivasundar released the Kannada book ‘Kesarikarana Rashtrakke Hididiruva Grahana’ which is the compilation of articles published in Kannada newspapers by various authors in the city on October 24, Sunday at Hotel Srinivas Mangalore.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that Saffronisation is the process which restrains perception of justice and truth and the welfare of minorities.
He also said that, saffronisation in simple term means making people to depend on Brahmins. These saffron activists are imposing the Brahminism on non hindus.
Shivasundar said that the corruption and injustice have secured value under the BJP government in the state. The three pillars of Constitution such as Legislature, Executive and Judiciary have been corrupted, he regretted.
He also stated that the anti-cow slaughter bill was prepared just for political gains.
Compiler of the book, CN Shetty, Illyas Muhammed Thumbay of PFIndia, KL Ashok of Karnataka Komu Souharda Vedike and Pattabhiram Somayji, Lecturer also spoke on the occasion.
PB D’Sa, Suresh Bhat Bakrabailu and Sara Aboobaker, were also present.
