Mangalore : A Science Model contest for high school students organised by the Department of Karnataka State Education Research and Training, Pilikula Regional Science Center and Department of DDPI DK district at Pilikula on November 28, Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, ZP Vice President Rithesh Shetty said the younger generation should evince interest in scientific and technological innovation.
Dr KN Vijayaprakash, ZP Chief Executive Officer, who was also present as achief guest, urged students to be inquisitive.
Ajith Kumar Hegde, Secretary of Pilikula Regional Science Center, presided over the function. Harish K, Taluk Panchayat President, Yashwanthi Alva, Zilla Panchayat Member Philomena Lobo, Principal and Director of Teachers Training institute, HJ Bhandary,Director of Pilikula Biological Park, DDPI Moses Jayashekhar and others were present.
