Moodbidri : Mangalore University Vice Chancellor Prof TC Shivashankeramurthi inaugurated a UGC  sponsored national level two-day seminar on mathematics at Mahaveera College on August 16, Friday.

The seminar was organized by Mangalore University commerce lecturers Association.

He stressd the need for students to develop interest in mathematics.

Nityanand N, chartered accountant FKCCI and FICC central taxes Committee deputy advisor delivered the key-note address.

Mahaveera College governing council vice president Sampat Samrajya presided the function.

Dr Krishna, Professor Karunakar Nayak, Mahaveer Pre-University College principal Professor Govindappa and others were present on the occasion.

The Vice Chancellor was felicitated on the occasion.
