Mangalore: Inaugurating a seminar on organic food created by using organic manure Dr. B.M. Hegde told a learned audience gathered in Roshni Nilaya (School of Social work) on Wednesday Nov 14, 2013, that the present day young generations were addicted to all kinds of poisonous materials and food habits which ruined the health when they were young.
He advocated organic materials to be used in felids were raising various crops and vegetables which are used as food by all family circles. He dwelt on cow’s urine and waste products for usage in compost manure made of leaves in the fields to raise harmless crops.
The Savayava Prerana Koota Manager Rita Noronha welcomed the gathering.
Dr. A.A. Fazal, of Hassan Institute was present. Professors of Roshni Nilaya took part in the proceedings.
