Mangalore:   An aged couple has been found dead in their house near Mariamma Temple at Ashoknagar on June 19, Wednesday.

The deceased are  Padmanabha (74) and his wife Yamuna (60). Padmanabha was a retired teacher while Yamuna was a housewife. It is learnt Yamuna was facing some health problems.

Police have recovered a suicide note.  The exact cause of the suicide is not known. The bodies have been shifted to Wenlock.  have registered a case.
