Mangalore: Over  100 people donated blood voluntarily on the occasion of a blood donation camp at the KMC Hospital at Ambedkar Circle in Mangalore on the occasion of World Blood Donors Day. MP Nalin Kumar Kateel inaugurated the programme by himself donating blood.

He called upon the younger generation to come forward to donate blood as it goes a long way in saving precious lives.
Various  organizations including Mandovi Motors, Corporation Bank, MRPL, Canara Youth Council, Red FM had joined hands in this noble venture.
