Mangaluru : The advocate who facing a sexual harassment case has finally surrendered before the Third JMFC Court here on December 20, Monday.

The accused advocate K S N Rajesh had succeeded in evading arrest all these days. His anticipatory bail application had earlier been rejected by the Sixth Additional District Court on November1. Even the High Court had upheld this decision.

The police had a few days earlier taken into custody the wife of the accused advocate and two others on the charges of helping him. They were later released on bail.

It is said, the advocate cited ill health condition as the reason for the accused’s application for interim bail. Advocate Ashfak Bajpe had brought the accused to the court.
