Mangaluru: Mangaluru girl Jocita Anola Rodrigues has received an offer to act in a new Hollywood film. The girl received the offer within weeks after she won a beauty pageant.

Jocita, a second PU student at Kodialbail based Sharada PU College here was honoured with ‘Teen Miss South Asia’ title in the contest held at Mumbai earlier this year. She was also one among the top ten contestants at the ‘World Teen Super Model’ beauty pageant held at Macau.

Hollywood movie director, Frederic Devos had observed the girl at Macau during the super model contest. Impressed by her acting, body language and others the director offered a role in one of his upcoming movie. The girl reportedly accepted the offer to act in his new film. Final round discussions on the film and the role of Jocita are expected to be held in Mumbai soon. Jocita is a daughter of Wilfred and Anita Lobo couple.
