Mangalore : Sharada Vidyalaya won the championship at the CIL Fest 2012 conducted by   Centre for Integrated Learning,   at Mathruchaya Hall of Sri Gujarathi School here recently.

St. Mary’s School from Udupi came bagged the second place in the event which had several contests.

Senior Advocate and President of Mangalore Bar Association, Ashok Ariga distributed the prizes at the valedictory function. Hirubhai H Baldev, President of Gujarathi Mahajan Association was present as chief guest.

Various contests like essay writing, quiz, What’s the good word, Debate, poster making, group dance were organised.

The CIL fest was earlier inaugurated by Doodle 4 Google contest winner Akshay Raj and International level Chess star Viani D’Cunha.
