Udupi: Shilpa Nag took charge as the new Additional Commissioner of Kundapur sub-division on Monday.

She was an IAS officer of 2014 batch and previously she was working at Hunasuru as a probationary officer.

Speaking on the occasion she said that she needs to study Kundaur more to work effectively. She sought the cooperation of media also.

Outgoing commissioner Ashwathi welcomed Shilpa and handed over the charge to her.

Ashwathi has been promoted as ZP CEO and transferred to Davanagere district.
