Moodbidri : An ice cream seller from Valpady who went missing since May 23, is dead. His skeletal remains were found in a forest at Kellaputtige in Daregudda GP limits.

The deceased is  Sudhaker Kunder (45). He had gone missing from his wife’s sister’s house at Nellikar on May 23 and a complaint was lodged on May 31.

Though the body was reportedly noticed by locals several days ago, none had bothered to complaint. Finally a person who noticed the skeletal remains on Wednesday informed the police.Later it was identified as that of Kunder by his brother and wife who saw the label in the shirt worn by Kunder.

Some poison bottles, clothes, slippers were found near the body. It is not yet known whether it is suicide or murder.
