Subrahmanya: The  Naxal suspect who was killed in an encounter with the ANF at Baaginamale reserve forest area near  Subrahamanya on Wednesday morning,  has been identified. According to reports, it is believed that the slain Naxal was Yellappa alias Dinaker from Raichur.

Reports also suggest that even the Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh police were on the look out for this particular man who was a Naxalite since about seven years. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the identity of the slain naxal by the ANF IGP Alok kumar.
