Udupi : Grand 67th I Day celebrations were held at Udupi on August 15, Thursday. State Urban Development Minister and Udupi District Minister Vinaykumar Sorake hoisted the National Flag.

In his address, he said the government would ensure a transparent administration free from corruption. He also spoke on the various developmental programmes initiated by the state government. He also said Rs 5 crore has been sanctioned for the Koti Chennaya Theme Park.

MLA PRamod Madhwaraj, DC MT Reju, SP Dr Boralingaiah, ZP CEO Prabhaker Sharma and others were present.
