Mangalore :  It was a unique CD releasing function of the  new Tulu film ‘Sompa.’   Several unique personalities of the  society, were invited for the CD releasing, unlike other functions wherein dignitaries are invited.

The CD was released at the Press Club  by  Mangalore’s first auto rickshaw driver, winner of the ‘Sarathi No 1’  Award Montu Lobo and 51-year-old  Tara Nayak who supplies milk and newspapers early morning.

‘Sompa’ Tulu movie which is all set for release,  is produced by Geetha Hegde and Namritha Hegde and is directed by  Rajan Lalpuri.

Speaking on the occasion, Namritha Hegde, heroine and director of the movie,  said the  film will be released  next week.  Actor Ajatha Shatru was also present  at the press meet.
