Bantwal : There are reports that forest department officials have raided the Sri Rama Vidya Kendra at Kalladka which has senior RSS leader Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat as its convenor. The raid took place on May 10, Friday following information that several wild animals were being taken care in the school premises in violation of the Wildlife Protection Act.

There are reports that monkeys, stags, deers, porcupines, peacocks are being taken care in the school premises since four years.

Though there is no much information as of now, there is every likelihood that  the forest officials would register cases against  the school management for violation of Wildlife Protection Act.

This raid soon after the debacle of BJP in the election results, has aroused much interest.
