Bellary: Not to disqualify fellow MLAs by whip ruling, and taking high risks right at the beginning of his second innings at rural MLA, Bellary Sriramulu has changed his tactics and openly told all concerned that he would not bind any MLA of Bellary (8 of them) in voting for CM DVS Gowda in the election from the legislative Assembly to the council seat, due on Dec 22.

Arguing for BJP MLAs who back him, B.Sri asked reporters as to why they would against DVS Gowda when everything was going on smoothly. However, he ate his earlier words of holding 20 to 22 BJP MLAs under his thumb! Well done.
