Bengaluru : Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has declared the class 10th or Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination results on Monday at 3 pm.
Over eight lakh students, who have registered for the class 10th exam this year, can now check their results. Students can check it online at kseeb.kar.nic.in, karresults.nic.in, examresults.net or indiaresults.com.
Girls have again outscored boys with a margin of 11%. Pass percentage of boys is 66.41 % while the pass percent of girl is 77.74%. A total of 6 students have secured 100% marks this year 625 out of 625.
Sannithi Mahabaleshwara Hegde – Sirsi, Chirayu – Bengaluru, Nikhilesh Murali – Bengaluru, Dheeraj Reddy MP – Mandya, Anush Dakshina Kannada, Tanmayi – Chikkamagalur scored 625 out of 625.
A total of 1,550 schools scored 100 percent pass percentage this year, which includes 501 government schools, 139 aided, 910 unaided.
Despite strong demand for postponement of the examinations due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Karnataka government decided to conduct the SSLC or the Class X board exams. The SSLC exams started on June 25 and continued till July 3 in about 3,000 centres across the state. About 8.5 lakh students registered for the exams.
Candidates who are not happy with their marks can apply for rechecking. Those who have flunked in a subject or two can apply for the supplementary exam. The supplementary exams are usually held in June, but this year, the dates are yet to be announced.
