Udupi : A girl from Padubidri who had appeared for the SSLC examination held on June 25 and 27 has tested positive for Covid-19 on Sunday.

Her father had earlier tested positive for Coronavirus on Saturday.

The girl who tested positive will not be allowed to appear for the remaining exams, officials have said. The officials have also stated that there was no need to subject other students who appeared at the same centre to Covid test, as all social distancing and safety norms have been adhered in exam center.
