Mangalore: The St Agnes Special School in Mangalore celebrated its annual day on February 3, Sunday. Dr G Shanker, Chairman of G Shanker Family Trust was the chief guest of the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, he lauded the efforts of the school management in helping the special kids develop as responsible and talented citizens of the land.
Sr M Olivia, Joint Secretary of the School Management, said the school which was founded in 1970 presently has 232 children and 65 adults.
Sr Maria Shruthi, Principal, Alwyn Peris, Vice President of School Parent teachers association, Balakrishna Puttige, Irene Pinto, President of PTA were also present.
Students presented a captivating cultural performance anon the occasion. It was a fund raiser event. There was also Hasya Lahari by Richard Louis and team.
