Mangaluru: The Water Resources Department staffs bid a tearful adieu to ‘Rani’ a dog which had taken shelter in their office for the last eleven years.

‘Rani’ was adopted when she was a puppy.  She was very protective of her caregivers she never let a stranger enter the office.

As per the employees of the water department office, Rani ate food only if it was served with love. She never ate if the wasn’t served properly.

Rani who was loved dearly did recently. Despite lockdown, all the employees made sure to give Rani a final goodbye.
