Udupi : M B Puranik, working President VHP Karnataka (South) said that Congress led State Government is trying to suppress Hindu Outfits by rejecting the Someshekar Report on Church Attacks.
Speaking at a press meet at the Press Club on October 21, he said that the State Government in order to fix Hindu Outfits and to please minorities has rejected the Someshekar Report which had presented facts behind the attack.
He also said that, the Church attack was not pre planned one but was taken on time by the Hindu community showing their outrage towards alleged conversion. Later the attacks were hyped by the media and political parties stating to attack church structures which is wrong.
Puranik said that, Congress led State Government is adopting anti Hindu policies like rejecting Anti Cow Slaughter Bill to please minorities.
Speaking on Blood Donation Camp, he said that Bajrangdal have organized to commemorate the people who have lost their lives in the struggle for Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and to celebrate 50 years of VHP. The Bajrangdal and VHP have set a target to collect 10,000 units of blood across the state.
He also said that the Mangalore unit of Bajrangadal and VHP has set a target of collecting 3000 units of blood on November 2. The Blood Donation camp will be held in 110 units of D.K, Udupi and Kasargod.
The VHP and BD have organized Blood Donation Camps in Udupi, Karkala and Kundapur in the presence of Dr Veerendra Heggade,Dharmadhikari, Shree Kshetra Dharamastala.
Sharan Pumpwell, Sunil K R, Suprasad shetty, Krishnamoorthy were present.
