Mangaluru: Supreme Court has given an important twist in RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case. SC has issued Dusty Service notice to prime accused of the case Naresh Shenoy.

Questioning the sanctioning of bail to Naresh Shenoy, Vinayak Baliga’s father had approached SC. Now, the court has issued dusty service notice regarding the cancellation of the bail.

It can be remembered that RTI activist Vinayak Baliga was hacked to death on March 21, 2016 neat his residence at PVS Kalakunja. From then the prime accused was on run and he was arrested by the police in the last week of June.
