Mangalore : The District and Sessions Court granted the anticipatory bail to Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat in the case of inflammatory speech at the Hindu Maha Sangama at Gurupur Vajradehi Mutt on January 5 this year.

Muhammed a resident of Baje filed a complaint against Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat in Bajpe police station for delivering communally provocative speech at Hindu Maha Sangama at Gurupur.

The court had issued non-bailable arrest warrant against Prabhaker Bhat, after Bajpe police filing the charge sheet against Bhat.

Advocate Padma Prasad Hegde had argued before Sessions Court judge on this issue. After hearing the arguments Sessions Court granted the anticipatory bail to Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat.
