Mangalore: The Gateway Hotel is all set to re-launch Cardamom – the specialty west coast cuisine restaurant in its new avatar. The restaurant will offer a menu that will include traditional home style Mangalorean cuisine along with the authentic delicacies from the west coast of India said the Gateway Hotel, General Manager Peter Nirmal in a press meet held in the hotel premises here on August 16.

The relaunch of the restaurant is a momentous occasion for us and we are committed to providing a special experience to all our patrons. The new and revamped menu will offer a selection of different foods that will surely delight our guests and bring our very own flavour to Mangalore. Cardamom recreates the robust richness of India’s west coast cuisine. Executive Chef Michael will showcase specialty dishes like Meen Pollichathu, Allepy Fish Curry from the coast of Kerala, and Cafreal, Prawn Balchao and Goan Fish Curry from the white sands of Goa.
