Mangalore : A loaded track fell into the water at old port in Bunder area in Mangalore on March 4, Tuesday afternoon.

The truck bearing the name ‘Lady of Fathima’ parked at old port and it was loaded with rice bags, vegetables and other groceries to be distributed to shops in Bantwal and Panemangalore.

The vehicle suddenly started moving, but driver could not control it, he managed to jump. The loaded truck plunged into the water.

No one was hurt this incident. It is said that may be brake failure causes for the accident.

The loss caused by the incident, not yet identified.
