Beltangady : Sri Avadheshananda Giri Maharaj, founder of Prabhu Premi Sangha, Haryana speaking at the Sarvadharma Sammelana (All-religious meet) organized as a part of Lakshadeepotsava at Dharmasthala on December 4, Saturday said that the essence of every religion lies in respecting the human being.
He also said that, it is wrong to steal others happiness and spoil others reputation. Taking credit without any effort is not fruitful and cannot give any amount of happiness.
Speaking after inaugurating the Sammelana, Shivaraj V Patil retired judge of Supreme Court of India said that the citizens have not utilised the purpose of constitution for which it was formed.
Puttur Maulavi U K Abdul Aziz Darimi, Bellary Bishop Fr Henry D’Souza and retired lecturer P Anantaraj Indra delivered the religious discourse.
