Mangaluru: In a quick possession Barke police have nabbed three young men for peddling drug and seized ganja from the arrested.

Sridhar (20) of Bijapur, Dhanush S Kumar (26) of Kodikal and Johnson Selva Kumar are the arrestd persons. Sridhar and Johnson are still pursuing their degree and Dhanush is an employee at a shipping company.

Upon acting on trusted information Barke police officials raided the spot and arrested these three and seized 18 packs of ganja weighing 250 grams.

During interrogation, the accused have revealed that the gaja was distributed to them by a person called Rahim in Bunder. These people were selling the same for higher price in the city.

The reports have said that the arrested people are in this business since past two or three years.

Police have registered case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
