Bantwal: Three members of same family killed in road accident at Kalladka in Bantwal taluk on Wednesday as their motor cycle was collided with a lorry. The deceased have been identified as Harish (35), a resident of Mani, Swarga, Kasaragod based Narayana and brother of Harish, Vishwas (10).

The trio reportedly plying on a motor cycle from BC Road to Mani and a fish container truck which was arriving from the opposite direction of the motor cycle hit the two wheeler. Harish and his brother died on the spot while pillion rider was died on his way to nearby hospital.

The local police arrived at the accident spot soon after the incident and took necessary measures to clear vehicle traffic on the road and transported the dead bodies from the area.
