Bantwal : A tipper carrying a excavator went out of control of its driver and fell over a house near Kempugudde Cross in Amtady of Bantwal taluk on July 8, Thursday.

Vittal, the cleaner of the vehicle has sustained serious injuries in the mishap. He was caught beneath the vehicle and a crane was summoned from B C Road to lift the tipper to rescue him and shift him to the hospital.

The house of Narayan Bhandari over which the tipper fell, has completely damaged. However, those in the house have escaped unhurt.
