Mangaluru : A tipper lorry of Highway works collided with a fish laden tempo mini tempo at Jeppinamogaru in Mangaluru here on May 14, Saturday morning . The driver of a tempo was seriously injured.

The tempo carrying fish was on its way to Uppala, the tipper which was transporting goods for Highway works knocked down the tempo. The impact of the collision tempo had overturned and laden fish flush over the road.

The tipper driver fled from the accident spot immediately. The injured tempo driver has been identified as Moidin (40). He admitted to the private hospital for treatment.

A case has been registered by Kankanady Rural Police.
