Kasargod : The total arrests in the case of murder of Saabith at JP Colony, Anangaoor on July 7, Sunday, stands at five.  Police officials informed that the prime accused in the case KN Vaishak (19) from Kalliangad and K Akshay (21)  of Anangoor were arrested  after they surrendered at the police station on Friday.

It is also learnt that three others namely  R Bijesh (20) of JP Colony, K Sachin Kumar (19) and a 17-year-old juvenile  have also been arrested in the case for being part of the crime.

Sources said there were a total of seven assailants who stabbed Saabith who was riding a bike with his friend Rayeez. It is learnt, the assailants had a quarrel with Saabith over overtaking of his two-wheeler eventually resulting in the murder.
