Mangalore: The Dakshina Kannada district Deputy Commissioner/ Dt. Magistrate was transferred on Friday to Textile dept. in Bangalore after barely 7 months in Mangalore. Yadav controlled sand mafia and elected representatives here.
Present DC of Chikkamagalur, DC Chennappa Gowda comes in as DK-DC in place of Yadav now. Yadav is hometown of Luck Now and will join new duty on Amy17. Chennappa was earlier the commissioner in Mangalore Development Board.
