Bhatkal : In a gory mishap reported from Taranamakki in Murdeshwar, two bike riders were killed when their two wheeler was hit by a mini bus on November 24, Saturday afternoon. The deceased are  Ishwar Naik (25) and Satish Naik (22), residents of Bengre-Moodshirali.

The mishap is learnt to have occurred, when the two avoided hitting a woman who was crossing the road, only to collide with the mini bus. Though the two were rushed to the hospital, they breathed their last.

Murdeshwar police have registered a case.
