Mangalore : Karnataka High Court Judge, Justice Dr. Jawad Rahim inaugurated two days national seminar titled ‘Samprathi-2013’ hosted by St. Aloysius College at Eric Maithas Hall on September 17, Tuesday.

Addressing the gathering, he said that the amendment must be brought to the codes related to crime prevention in order to change it to codes of Justice rather than called it as codes of law.

He also said that even though the victim’s stands on the high position, he is being victimised during the process of investigation, which stands him to the level of accused. Thus it must be altered, he said.
