Puttur/Belthangady: In two different police have nabbed two persons for selling ganja at Puttur and Belthangady, on Friday.

Mohammad Ashraf has been arrested by the Puttur town police and Mohammad Fayaz has been arrested by Belthangady police.

Ashraf was trying to sell ganja at Salmara village near Chikkamudnur. Police have seized 500 grams of ganja from the accused.

Fayaz was nabbed while selling the ganja near Vani College, Belthangady. Police have succeeded in confiscating 105 grams of ganja from the arrested person.

Belthangady PSI Ravi PS, ASI Karunakara, ASI Kalaimar, Lawrence, Shivaram Rai and other police personnel took part in the possession under the guidance of district SP, ASP and CI.
