Mangalore : In a terrible Accident on NH 66 near Kulur Highway two people died on spot and two others were critically injured near Kudremukh gate, Panambur on Monday, March 31.

A plywood sheet laden Eicher goods truck toppled over the woman and man. Both of them died on spot. The victims were waiting at the bus stop. The goods truck playing to Panambur from Mangalore toppled after the driver lost control.

Two other sustained serious injuries. It is suspected that both the dead were labourers.

Some of the time traffic was disrupted. The locals helped in moving the plywood sheets which was scattered on the road.

Panambur Police have registered a case.
