Mangaluru: The Alumni Association of University College Mangalore, recently honoured former principal of Mangalore University Dr K.S. Anasuya Rai, Political Science department former head Prof. Latha A. Pandit was felicitated on the occasion.

The president of the association, K.N. Sharath Bhandary, praised the working style of Dy. Anasuya Rai and Prof. Latha A. Pandit. Mohan Rao, Subhashchandra Kanvatheertha, Vishwanath Kodialbail, Namitha D Rao and Malini Anchan too spoke on the occasion. All the office-bearers, executive members and others were present on the occasion.

Muralidhar Kamath wrote and sang a poem about the principal. Association Vice President R.S. Lohidas rendered the vote of thanks.
