Naveen Bhandari Udupi CMC councilor

Udupi :   Naveen Bhandari, a councilor of Udupi City municipal council has reportedly received a threatening call demanding extortion money.

He has lodged a complaint with the town police stating that a  person identifying  himself as Kali Yogish had called him and demanded Rs 20 lakhs and also threatened of dire consequences if he refused to heed to the demand.

Sources say Kali Yogish, a notorious underworld don was in Dubai. Investigations are underway.
