Udupi : Six buses belonging to a Bharathi Motors have begun to run between the Udupi and Kundapur. These buses make trips with half-hourly intervals.

Passengers without masks are being provided with face masks free of cost. After each trip, the entire bus is being sanitized. Driver and conductors have been instructed to always wear masks and hand gloves without fail.

KSRTC too has started to run its buses to Karkala, Hebri, Kundapur and Hejamady. But shortage of passengers was evident. On one occasion, an entire bus carried only one passenger.
