Udupi: Udupi Asht Math streets have been decorated like a newly wedded bride, to welcome the most awaited feat of Krishna Janmashtami.
All the preparations for Vittla Pindi have been completed. Vittla Pindi will be celebrated on Friday. Various competitions will be there to mark the birth day of Lord Shree Krishna.
On Wednesday also many competitions were held for children. But on Wednesday no much grand celebration was seen on the streets of Ashta Math. It is expected that the streets will be filled with joyful moments on Friday.
District In-Charge Minister Ramanath Rai have sought blessings of Lord Krishna on people of Karnataka.
