Udupi :  Underworld don Bannanje Raja was brought to Udupi Town Police limits amid tight police security on Sunday to visit his ailing mother.

The Udupi district court had granted him one-day permission to visit his ailing mother.

Raja is lodged in Belagavi jail. He will be taken to his ailing mother at his house in Malpe on Monday at 6 am. He can stay with his mother till 6 pm. Later, he will be brought back to Udupi Town Police limits and will be taken to Belagavi prison.
