Mangalore : The body of an unidentified person was found  on the banks of the river  near Bolur on April 28, Sunday evening.  A local resident who noticed  the body stuck to the rope of a jetty near a boat yard, informed the cops.

It is suspected that  the person might have died in the past 24 hours. The identity is yet to be ascertained.The cause of the death is also not known.Deep wounds were however found on the head of the person.

Barke police have registered  a case.
