Bangalore : Once again Kannada film audience are given the opportunity by producer K Manju to watch super star Upendra in triple roles. Sreeram is directing his first Kannada film and he is already the national award winning cameraman.
National, international fame Oscar award winning music director AR Rehman scores the music for six tunes and this is his first entry to Kannada cinema.
The 2006 released Tamil film ‘Varalaru’. Playing triple role for Upendra – father and two sons is new but it is for the second time he is in triple role. Upendra was in triple role in Ramu’s ‘Hollywood’. The film is about father sending the playful son to the village where he is taken for a ride by the female protagonist. This clash of the two later lands in marriage but there is shock that waits. Son is sent for therapy where another person of the same looks makes use of the opportunity take revenge in the name of new entry (both played by Upendra – they are actually twins). How the vengeance filled Upendra takes revenge that misfire is another interesting portion. What happens to son of a rich person who is brought to the therapy?
PC Sreeram director of the film roped in some of the Mumbai talents for this film. Ramesh Dablikar costume designer, Editor Ballu Seejan and art director Vasudevan who worked for ‘Lagaan and Pardesh’ are working with local talent Ismail.
Upendra finds third difficult film of his career. He was apprehensive about Raktha Kanneeru and Anatharu. Now he says this is a toughest job for him. He has four get up in this film of PC Sreeram direction.
